Rawalpindi/Islamabad

Islamabad is the modern and well-planned capital of Pakistan. It provides a breath-taking view of the Margalla Hills as it is situated at their feet. The largest mosque in the world is also here. As Islamabad is new, Rawalpindi is old. It is Islamabad’s neighboring city, situated only 20 km away. Together they are known as twin cities. Rawalpindi is full of old buildings which have been standing strong for centuries.
